Silo Square is thrilled to introduce the inaugural Silo Square Sunflower Festival, taking place on Saturday, October 10, 2026. Inspired by the rich agricultural heritage of the land Silo Square calls home, this exciting new festival will bring together art, classic cars, live music, shopping, delicious food, and family fun—all while supporting Make-A-Wish Mid-South.
The Sunflower Festival combines two of Silo Square's most beloved community events—the Cars for a Cause Car Show and the Silo Square Arts Festival—creating an exciting new fall tradition that will draw visitors from across the Mid-South.
The application process will close on Monday, September 7 at midnight.

The Silo Square Sunflower Festival is all about creating a fun, festive fall atmosphere filled with unique shopping, delicious treats, and seasonal finds! Rather than a traditional fine arts festival, our vendor market will feature a variety of handmade goods, home décor, gifts, accessories, specialty foods, fall-inspired items, and other unique products that complement the overall feel of the festival.
Selection Process:
Applications will be reviewed by the Silo Square Sunflower Festival Committee with the goal of creating a well-rounded marketplace with a fun, family-friendly fall feel. Vendors will be selected based on their products, booth presentation, and how well their offerings complement the festival. We will also work to limit an overabundance of vendors selling similar products.
Please submit current photos that accurately represent the products you plan to sell, along with a photo of your booth or display when available.
Please note: This is a curated vendor market, and submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Commercially manufactured or mass-produced merchandise that does not fit the overall atmosphere of the festival may not be accepted. Live animal sales are not permitted. The Silo Square Sunflower Festival Committee reserves the right to decline any application that does not align with the event.
Festival Fee:
A payment link will be sent along with an invitation to participate.

Booth Requirements:
10x10 solid white tent
The vendor is responsible for all items needed to set up the booth, including tent, tables, chairs, weights, cinder blocks, etc.
Please note that the past three years have been extremely windy! Please plan accordingly for the safety of your products and displays.
No generators are allowed. Power may be included in your vendor booth donation.
Sales Tax:
Each vendor is responsible for collecting Mississippi State Sales tax (7%) as required by law. We will provide the tax envelopes, and sales tax will be collected 30 minutes before the show is over. Sales tax has to be turned in so that DeSoto County receives the credit for the Silo Square Sunflower Festival permit.

In order for proceeds from this event to benefit Make-A-Wish Mid-South 100%, we need help from generous sponsors in our community. Your sponsorship will help us fund this event, from marketing expenses to event expenses.
In the past three years through Cars for a Cause, we’ve been able to grant 3 wishes to local children in DeSoto County; without our generous sponsors and event participants, we could not have done that! We invite you to join us this year for a new event, benefiting the same organization that we love!

In January 2024, Cars for a Cause proudly granted Danny's Disney World wish thanks to the incredible generosity of our sponsors, participants, and community supporters.
Danny's celebration included a scavenger hunt throughout Silo Square, where he and his siblings discovered surprises at each stop before ending at Vampire Penguin. There, surrounded by family, sponsors, local business owners, and friends, Danny learned his Disney wish had officially come true.
The 2025 Cars for a Cause event made another Disney dream come true by granting Aydon's wish to visit Disney World.
His celebration began with a fun stop at Magnolia Soap before heading to Wild Oats Boutique for what he thought was a birthday party. Instead, Aydon was surprised with the exciting news that he and his family would soon be heading to Disney World—all made possible through the support of our sponsors, participants, and community.
Our most recent Cars for a Cause celebrated Bradlee with the ride of his dreams in his favorite car—a Dodge Charger.
Hundreds of community members lined May Blvd., waving pom-poms and cheering as Bradlee enjoyed his unforgettable ride-along experience. Thanks to the generosity of our Presenting Sponsor, Landers Auto Group, and everyone who supported the event, Bradlee's special day became a memory he and his family will cherish forever.
